1. General Terms and Conditions
To guarantee the best experience and punctuality in our services:
- Punctuality:The client must arrive at the specified pickup location at least 15 minutes before the pickup time indicated on their confirmation.
- Conduct: The client must follow the policies and instructions of the staff in charge of the excursion or transfer at all times regarding the activity being performed.
- Right of Operation: We reserve the right to cancel or modify excursions in the event that a minimum number of participants is not met or if, before or after departure, unforeseen situations (force majeure) arise that prevent their realization.
- Liability: Best Tour Punta Cana is not responsible for weather-related incidents or for items left behind in transfer vehicles or at excursion locations.
2. Cancellation, Modification, and Refund Policies
We understand that travel plans can change. Our policy is as follows:
- Free Cancellation: The client may cancel their reservation without any penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the service. In this case, they will receive a 100% refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the pickup time, or client "No Show," will incur a penalty of 100% of the reservation cost (no refund will be issued).
- Medical Exceptions: If your cancellation is due to health reasons and falls within the penalty period, you must present an authorized medical certificate to evaluate the refund.
- Modifications: Modifications to the number of people or date changes are not permitted within 24 hours prior to the tour. These must be requested via WhatsApp (+1 809 742 4418) or email (reservaciones@besttourpuntacana.com) and will not be effective until one of our agents confirms availability.
- Refund Method: In the event a refund is applicable, it will be processed in the same way the service was originally paid.
3. Service Delivery Policy
- Digital Confirmation: The "delivery" of the service is fulfilled through the automatic sending of the Confirmation Voucher to the email address provided by the client at the time of purchase. This document serves as your proof of service.
- Execution: The final service is considered delivered once the transfer or excursion has been carried out on the reserved date and time.
- Non-Receipt: If you do not receive your voucher within 15 minutes after payment, please check your Spam folder or contact us immediately.
4. Information Security Policy (Secure Payments)
